Introduction

Youth participation in labour movements, workers’ rights advocacy, and collective bargaining activism is rapidly reshaping the global landscape of social justice organizing. Youth Organizing in Labour Movements Training Course equips young people with the skills, knowledge, and strategic mindset required to engage in trade union organizing, grassroots mobilization, and decent work campaigns. It focuses on building a new generation of leaders who can navigate modern challenges such as gig economy exploitation, informal labor systems, platform work precarity, and youth unemployment crises through structured organizing frameworks and digital activism tools.
