Introduction 

Climate Action Plans and NDC Localization Training Course provides a comprehensive, practical framework for translating national climate commitments into effective local, regional, sectoral, and institutional action. The course focuses on Nationally Determined Contributions, climate governance, climate resilience, greenhouse gas emissions reduction, adaptation planning, mitigation strategies, climate finance, carbon management, climate risk assessment, sustainable development, and evidence-based climate policy.
