Training Course on Gender-Responsive Pedagogy and Leadership equips educators, school leaders, and policymakers with the tools and strategies to foster gender-sensitive classrooms, promote inclusive policies, and develop leadership competencies aligned with global education goals such as SDG 4 and SDG 5. Through interactive, evidence-based training, participants will gain the capacity to dismantle gender stereotypes, challenge biases, and cultivate environments where all learners—regardless of gender—can thrive.
