Introduction
Strategic Relationship Management in global and matrixed organizations require professionals to navigate complex networks of stakeholders and sponsors. This course will illuminate a dynamic eco-system of varied agendas and how they can result in difficulty to accurately communicate with continuity. We will address the techniques that can be applied to think strategically and act locally regarding the management of a stakeholder portfolio.
Anyone who leads within a matrix environment and needs to communicate with and accommodate varies constituent groups; Such as, Marketing Coordinator, Product Manager, Human Resource managers, Relationship Managers, Head of Strategy, Communications Coordinator etc
Unit 1: Strategic partnerships and ecosystems: introduction
Unit 2: Strategizing: making the best case to develop partnerships
Unit 3: Scouting: finding the right partners
Unit 4: Structuring: choosing equity vs. non-equity
Unit 5: Structuring: negotiation approaches to strategic partnerships
Unit 6: Structuring: organization & governance for successful partnerships
Unit 7: Starting: building a positive momentum of trust
Unit 8: Steering: studying & steering the partnership ecosystem
This training course will combine presentations with interactive practical exercises, and case studies. Delegates will be encouraged to participate actively in relating the principles of strategic relationship to the particular needs of their workplace.
Key Notes
i. The participant must be conversant with English.
ii. Upon completion of training the participant will be issued with an Authorized Training Certificate
iii. Course duration is flexible and the contents can be modified to fit any number of days.
iv. The course fee includes facilitation training materials, 2 coffee breaks, buffet lunch
and a Certificate upon successful completion of Training.
v. One-year post-training support Consultation and Coaching provided after the course.
